Good advice is good to have. Am currently in a health care facility and the restroom taught me a good lesson. image #themoreyouknow
Mutiny Wallet apparently is shutting down. My thoughts: (1) I guess I wasted a bunch of sats opening channels. (2) Much respect for what the Mutiny folks created though. After everything, this seems to me to reinforce the notion that people matter and people fuel these things. And, when the fire burns out or the people get burnt out, the project ends. (3) In a weird way, this makes me like Bitcoin even more. At this point, it really doesn't rely on people much to fuel it. It just keeps fueling on and doesn't care about people burning out or businesses not paying bills or whatever causes project shutdowns. #bitcoin
It feels good to get something working. I made a little token called Hivebits (HBIT) a couple of years back, it was on the fritz for several months, but I got it working again today. image HBIT operates with a Bitcoin-esque ethos: - 21 million HBIT hardcoded max supply - PoW - the only way to earn HBIT is if you provably and consciously put in some effort (simply comment with the !HBIT command), then you get 1.0 HBIT - only one HBIT per day allowed so as to avoid pilferage and keep emittance low - HBIT can be sold/bought etc. on the open market at Today's success in getting Hivebits (HBIT) operational again was due to the coding wizardry of hivetoday @HiveToday and the VPS service of Skhron @Skhron - VPS for Bitcoin, Lightning and Monero Give them a look-see or follow. All the HBIT details at #plebchain #bitcoin
