You're here because Satoshi offered a solution to a problem highlighted by the currency debasement that followed the collapse of the 2007/2008 sub-prime mortgage bond bubble.
I'm here because I graduated into that Great Recession job market and quickly found myself broke and homeless working multiple part time jobs to make ends meet and eating the cheapest food I could find (but never welfare/food stamps).
I hope, for your sake, we are not the same, and you didn't have to live through that.
I hope we are here so that no one has to go through that in the future.
