This change will almost certainly cause a substantial increase in user count for GrapheneOS and other FOSS Android forks. As they squeeze, note and more get pushed out.

If this come, the only solution will be linux because developers will not be able to create app without KYC Android studio will require a KYC

Well this is why we started hydraveil as a linux app, and people should not live 100% of their lives on their phone. Yes phones are needed, but not literally everything you do, with these apps from play store to function
