In the past couple of days I’ve seen multiple reports confirming some of our concerns when it comes to AI replacing jobs: Meta just cut 600 jobs in their AI department Amazon is planning to replace 600,000 jobs with robots by 2033 It seems like this will become a common trend moving forward. What do you think are some of the better fields to move into that won’t be as affected by artificial intelligence? #ai #meta #amazon #jobmarket

Field work biology. Not the lab stuff so much, but a lot of stuff needs a human to do. Education - they're going to try AI teachers and its going to fail even more spectacularly than they're already failing. Students need a real human teacher for psychological reasons. Stone masonry, wood carving, artisinal stuff. Machines can do the digital shit, but that just pushes more value to real shit.
