We really need a JS-free minimalist Nostr client for dumbphones so it doesn't drain the shit out of their battery.

can't do websockets in the browser without js.
but you could make a client/backend pair that does things in a RESTy kind of way. ...a hypermedia nostr would be pretty cool.. you've got me thinking
