Do you think block is capable (from a regulatory stand point) of opening up a huge liquidity channel like ACINQ?
well they need inbound from somewhere if they want it to work?
Good point. @jack @miles ๐ open up the channel for the plebs to connect.
they don't have to do anything. opening channels are done by the initiator
They have one of the largest node's on the network. They'll be okay.
Iโm a technical novice. But if they post their URI anyone could connect right?
correct. as long as you meet their opening requirements. which look like >1million sats
I assume Block's node. I have a channel open and waiting ๐ค
I also have a channel to block. ๐
nodeid ?
Ha beat me too it

Oh I posted blocks node ID ๐
posted the block node pubkey?
Holy capacity
They're not fucking around.
I've had a channel open for a few months but have seen little activity ๐ฉI just doxxed myself.... My node is public anyways. Twas channel ID and not node ID ๐
Other big channels suck up outbound from it. I can't keep it balanced. Cost me more to rebalance than I make.

We have a small channel and I have a big channel with block. Y'all can route through me ๐
Block and River both have direct channels with the Square receiving nodes.
