Yeah that's not good. Have you looked into a parasite cleanse or treatment? Ivermectin will clear out many intestinal parasites & fenbendazole goes into your bloodstream to hit parasites in your tissues. These are both well tolerated drugs with a long history of use in humans. Your body either can't regulate it's own blood sugar or you're being controlled by parasites. I'm assuming you've had bloods done to check for metabolic issues.
Ok πŸ˜‚ I know PCOS is associated with insulin resistance but you had something else from memory. My wife has a friend who is a competitive swimmer. She has to eat every 2 hours or her blood sugar drops & she turns into a massive bitch. My wife gets frustrated that she won't eat much beef & animal fat (she thinks saturated fat is bad for you). This lady has trouble recovering from races & we think she'd do so much better with eating a steak occasionally. I was pre diabetic before I hopped on the keto & then carnivore train about 6 years ago. I loved fasting because it freed me from the compulsion to eat so frequently. I know there's a fair difference between the metabolism of a man & woman though. Fasting came pretty naturally for me with carnivore. Although I haven't been carnivore for a long while, I still fast easily.
This to me, speaks to the power of your mind & your beliefs. I like fasting & I believe it's very powerful. I'm not dismissing the benefits of fasting. It's just much more powerful if you believe that after 3 days your body is flooded with stem cells that repair & renew every damaged cell in your body. Initially the massive drop in inflammation is encouraging. As you push through your fast, you imagine all the healing that is occurring. It's at this point where the power of your mind is unleashed. I'd wager you would get different results if you forcefully starved people for 5 days versus people doing it of their own will.
It's really hard to get your mind into a state where it can affect your reality so positively & dramatically though. They're commonly known as permission slips because they give your mind the ability to believe in something that is otherwise 'unbelievable'. I would use this knowledge to emphasize the effects rather than diminish them. Imagine those stem cells progressively being created & flooding your blood as you fast. From about day 2-3 imagine them filling your blood, working their magic in repairing damaged cells & regenerating tissues. It's not a huge leap of faith because we have so much supporting evidence in the effects of autophagy, cell regeneration, etc. The key is to use your mind to magnify these effects.
