The company that I work for is intentionally trying to force people out, they want more people to quit.
The jobs structure works on high labor turnover like Amazon, and Walmart.
The only difference is that we have a union that makes terminating us really difficult.

So the take home pay is shit?
Yeah, we only get like ~20 to 30 hours/week.
I'm paid $22.95/hourly.
I'm just holding out now for a full time position now at this point since I don't have any major liabilities, or responsibilities right now.
Keep yourself sharp and on the lookout for opportunities.
Right now I'm going to stick it out for 10 more months so I can get the pension at least.
