I decided to test this out further. Not only is there a suicide warning, but YouTube even changes the number based on your region in the world. Changing my VPN to a few different locales, I got different regional suicide warnings in different languages. Apparently, your video is dangerous globally!
A few examples from Hong Kong, Bulgaria, and Thailand:
