so there is new ukrainian constitution in the darknet, and they actually go further; if you were ever elected, member of political party or wuch, you get exclusion token. if you ever worked together with such a person, are related to it or such, a part of the exclusion token propagates to you. people with full exclusion token can never engage in political activity again, and partial exclusion tokens decrease your probability of getting elected or employed by the government. sure, you get some good people this way, but that's the price you pay for draining the swamp
