It’s currently in closed beta. Eventually, I think Nostr login will function like most sites where you’ll be able to just log in and an account will be created for you.

If account creation is solely outsourced to nostr, and payments are outsourced through ₿, the liabilities are out of your hands @ManiMe has given a couple of great talks I’ve seen on this.
