In a new SEC filing, BlackRock said its iShares Bitcoin Trust would only allow cash—not in-kind—creation and changed its ticker to IBIT.

The "price setting" mechanism will now be to buy this etf and sell cme futures and viola you make fiat. The next step for all this is people trying to take delivery of cme futures because that's the only way to acquire actual btc. Coinbase and other "spot" exchanges will disappear.
