Nostr's not exactly pristine. We got Nazis/socialists in one corner and Ortho Bros in another, and they pick fights constantly if you look for it, though unfortunately not with each other.
On Nostr, you get what you're looking for and what you accept.

Defending another person is not picking a fight. They chose not to fight back, so someone else had to. Since I was the random person to see it, it was my job to do it.

Iβve left twitter for about a year now. I reacted in depth to something concerning my profession wherein I have 20 years experience. The amount of hate I received just for raising a critical view was unbelievable.
