Good riddance. Porn is destructive to kids and they should have to work to access it. At least they’re learning a skill if they have to install a vpn or navigate around parental controls. Kinda like we had to learn covert ops to acquire and pass around the magazines in the pre internet days.
You can't "protect the kids" by establishing control mechanisms on the internet. This is how it starts next its the online safety act (UK)... If you want to fix the porn issue then show kids what it does to the brain, how it corrupts the soul. You have to make the active decision to give it up. No different from any other harmful substance or addiction.
