This was my first batch: chopped beetroot and ginger, with water and sugar. I let it ferment for five days. Then the juice is poured into a bottle, and I repeat the process with fresh water and sugar, using the same beetroot, for another five days of fermentation, and so on...
I'm experimenting with various fruits, it's so much fun!
