This is kind of a skewed perspective. There are more shitcoins than there are billionaires in bitcoin yet i only see one shitcoin out of thousands doing this.
There may be billionaires in bitcoin who may choose to stay humble about their donations and not promote it for possibly other reasons than just "the fight".

You mean shitcoin projects that stole funds then use said stolen funds to virtue signal on the internet so that they appear morally superior to those that didnt do the thing they did. Thus creating legitimacy around their projects cuz look at what we did, we did a good thing thus we are good by proxy.
A robber stealing from you with unethical and immoral businesses then spending some of the stolen proceeds on you for dinner doesnt make the robber any less curable to his actions of outright deceit and theft.

I remember there were some private OGs providing defense funds for some of the cases Craig Wright was bringing. Would think those same folks would be all over this and the samourai case donations.
