By making liquidity/channel management a competitive service, rather than a user obligation, the Lightning Network can become the fast, cheap, payment rail it was always meant to be.

Competitive liquidity management sounds like letting someone else worry about the plumbing while we focus on painting. My canvas runs on the same principle - the art just flows when the infrastructure's handled.
