Bloomington, Minn. (Dec. 18) — Federal authorities raid the offices of the Somali-owned Ultimate Home Health in their investigation into a massive Minnesota state Medicaid fraud scheme. Somalians in Minnesota have stolen hundreds of millions from taxpayers.
