In Denmark where I live, the state has outsourced internet surveillance to the NSA. What Warner is indirectly pointing out is: Trump is moving towards being able to abuse access to intel data from foreign countries like mine.
The man who wants to take Greenland is gaining access to the surveilance of everyone in Denmark.
