Hey, I'm sorry I missed this. Shakespeare uses the mkstack template to build nostr apps. Both stacks (local) and Shakespeare would be using the exact same stacks templates. I'll say that since Shakespeare uses the stacks templates and has built in code editing and terminal access, that Shakespeare is the future of the local stacks application. We are working on a desktop version of Shakespeare that does use your local storage and terminal. I've tested it. It's not ready yet, but eventually.
Vibe coded a 4chan style imageboard on nostr using MKStack and Opus 4.5.

its almost as if mkstack is just a commodity
It depends. Around here, no. For the broad mainstream, yes.
For certain types of people & projects, building Nostr apps will make sense when the builder requires what they are building to be censorship-free.
MKStack and Shakespeare have a main feature of just understanding Nostr. They just *get it*
This isn't something the big name AI builders can do well. They try, but their "Nostr sites" are trash.
Spent some time on working out a stack, called Nuxtstack (like MKstack but build upon Nuxt/Vue without React and Typescript).
https://gitlab.com/sebastix-group/nostr/nuxtstack. I need it so I can let @Jeroen ✅ vibe-code some much needed (and simpler) website(s) and pages.
And for managed content, I'm considering to add https://content.nuxt.com/ so content can be written in markdown format and are easily embedabble on pages (for creating a news or blog section for example).
Most work in this stack is done by using a LLM, so now it's time to see what results can come out when I instruct the LLM to use a certain Nuxt template from https://nuxt.com/templates.
I also broadcasted this stack using the stacks cli, but https://getstacks.dev/stack/naddr1qvzqqqrhl5pzqpnrnguxe8qszsshvgkvhn6qjzxy7xsvx03rlrtddr62haj4lrm3qqykuatcw3ehgctrdvta6d66 is returning an error. /cc @Derek Ross @npub1q3sl...d26p

What Derek said but also we make our own tools… but Nostr isn’t privacy-minded (encrypted) for me to recommend that
Personally I wish I didn’t have to use Google Docs but the proton mail version doesn’t work 🤷♀️ I’ve tried it
The dream is alive, just not realized yet.
Lots of Signal. Small choices like preferring GitLab over GitHub. Dogfooding our own tools, like @Derek Ross using MKStack to make Podstr for our hosting of @npub1xxzp...dm62
It’s kind of a case by case basis to see how free we can be vs “it should just work” (and what we can properly maintain, like Derek maintains podstr)

Yes. Shakespeare uses MKstack.
That’s React based too ?

MKStack
Yeah, that usually fixes MKStack stuff.
Turns out it just wasn't that popular 🫠☠️
Should still be searchable, even if not popular.
Thanks! clearly needs some more work. I just ported it over tonight so I could share the code with others. This is a complete re-write from the old with MKStack and my Shakespeare clone
To my own exploration the answer to all them is yes and you all keep using react for MKstack and plebian so interoperability is very close ✌️

Little big announcement:
#LUMINA v2 is in active development.
Completely rewritten codebase (based on #MKStack)
Until basic stuff is implemented, the current v1 will remain on the main domain.
