Level 2 snow emergency canceled our church service this morning. We're halfway through making 4 bushels of apples into sauce. The blend is 1 part each Jonathan, Cortland, Macintosh and Yellow Delicious. Should last us the year, even with adding a fourth mouth to feed early next year. #homesteading #youcanjustdostuff
