I added relay.nostrview.com to my relay list and my nostr feed is finally usable with minimal lag. What is the ideal number of relays at the moment?

I'm on Nostr so I will force myself to write inspirational and thoughtful long form posts so that I can be respected and zapped. The posts will be profound, and will both stimulate and challenge your sensibilities in equal parts. You will say...wow...that's deep. And then zap me. They will definitely not be written by my wife, using the assistant of AI, or cut and paste from Facebook posts or a poster I saw on a bathroom wall that one time when I was high. Fin.
