While there is not yet any official Vivaldi Browser flatpak, we are looking at it and that is why I maintain one on flathub as an experiment.
We (by we I mean Vivaldi now) did make changes for 6.9 so that we could remove the zypak dependency, hence you will now see this if you look at the sandbox page
