I have to finish my to-do list in time to travel to Riga.
After having to verify accounts with video and following the instructions, look left, smile, don't smile, tilt head up, I want to write a short dystopian story where you have to verify accounts by doing tik tok dances or else you get a fine.
I need to go mail a letter and there are no letterboxes around. What is this, the 20th century?
It's not fair, I decide to abandon twitter this month and now I'm getting meaningful conversations there!
I'll be honest, I was really sceptical about nostr at first. I'm an early adopter and I've seen promising technologies that would supposedly take over but never did because of bad user experience. Linux had 20 years to get it right and they failed. But nostr integrates lightning so well that I'm excited about it. I'm moving my projects slowly on nostr and I'm sure it will being massive bitcoin adoption.
I post something that took me a whole afternoon to make. And on Instagram I get two likes and two spambots. Hmm. The nostr-based Instagram can't get here quick enough.

Tried out . I would say it's like Medium built on Nostr. It has zaps integrated, but you can edit the longform content. Might be useful. We'll see https://habla.news/a/naddr1qqvksmmh946x7tt0wfskuem994cxjmrv94cx2mmsd3jsygp5czjn9qa6e4wtd3zlnvzhh6s9m7e8vveaeu2wnvt8dq946d3cuspsgqqqw4rssgduck
Iris seems to have been ruining my nostr experience lately. I need to find something else
I remember Jack Mallers saying it a year ago, "Open protocols will always win over closed systems." I see that happening right now with nostr. It's moving along at an exponential rate and it's only getting better with each passing day.
