Cold Spells in Havana?
I just finished a case review with an organization specializing in DEW victims/Havana Syndrome. They asked if I felt cold, one symptom I've not read much online about. Last night was the worst I have experienced, 75° in the house and I was fully dressed, cocooned under the blankets shivering from head to toe for hours. It's a bone chilling cold that almost seems to come from within you, along with the dizzy, stunned feeling and mental confusion that usually accompanies attacks.
I have also experienced the circulation issues they mentioned, loss of feeling and circulation in extremities, dark splotchy skin patterns from blood pooling in certain places under the skin. My legs from the hips down have been hurting for at least three years, and the worst is often in the morning when I wake up. Sometimes I take showers just to try to raise my core temperature. I do a lot of body work on myself to restore circulation and warmth to my legs and feet.
