finding identity in being the one who has hot takes and speaks truth to power is a losing proposition. its only an activity you engage in sometimes when itβs necessary. it cant be who you are, or youβll start seeing conspiracies and enemies behind every rock. there are enough real ones to not have to invent them for a sense of purpose.
you start to see the realities available to us outside of advertising agencies and last century politicians when you stop listening to everything from that already dead world.
