"Everyone is free to enjoy their life as they want it."
Ok. Let's analyze.
Imagine you have a son. He is a good boy. Smart, kind, has a great potential. One day he becomes friends with drug addicts. They slowly convince him to use drugs. He becomes addicted. You notice that something is wrong and when you find out it's drugs, you lock him up to save him. He tells you: "Everyone is free to enjoy their life as they want it." What do you do? Let him die because he was weak and was infected?
Let's go deeper. He starts playing video games at 10 years old. Time goes and you notice that he doesn't study and doesn't do whatever is necessary, but is focused heavily on the games. Years pass. He is 15. You become worried because he is stuck in the childlike state. The only thing he loves is games. He's 20. You try to do something and he replies: "Everyone is free to enjoy their life as they want it." What do you do?
People ruin their lives because of fears, weakness, delusions, or even indoctrination. What if your son comes to you and states that he wants to become a girl and cut his d off? "Everyone is free to enjoy their life as they want it." Ha?
Everyone has potential to live a great prosperous life, and if this potential is sabotaged it is bad and we as intelligent adults need to take the matters into our hands.
Don't be a fearful immature dork. No one is better off doing drugs, drinking, smoking, playing video games, or doing other destructive crapppp.
