Spent the evening talking with my wife about eating Paleo, no seed oils, plastics free, local organic food.
Both of us have come to the same place although at different points and different journeys.
I was focused more on optimal health whereas my wife is more focused on giving our children a healthy start.
Very pleased weβre both realising the same things independently, validating what weβre both thinking.
Long term goal is living rural, kind of βhomesteadβ although much smaller scale than our US friends. One thing Iβm really big on is growing with permaculture principles.
