One billion people don't have access to a bank, but they do have a phone. Bitcoin gives them a Swiss savings account in their pocket, without asking anyone's permission. ππ²
Censorship Resistance (Money for enemies).
Bitcoin doesn't know who you are, where you come from, or what your political ideas are. If you pay the fee, your transaction goes through. It is neutral money for a polarized world. π«π£οΈπΈ
Self-custody (Not your keys, not your coins).
If you don't own your private keys, you just have a promissory note from a third party. True ownership means that no one can confiscate your wealth without your permission. Be your own bank. ππ¦
