Working in our forest today was spectacular and deeply full-filling; every session feels like a return to the embodied indigeous being that I knew as a child. Clearing paths, chopping wood, selecting which trees should flourish... sacred tweaking and the methodical strengthening of our bodies, calming of our minds and emotions.
