I think the sap is about done running here in iowa. I have probably about 5 gallons of sap in the last couple of days that still needs to be boiled. Have just over 3 quarts of syrup total so far (minus what we ate on French toast the other day and it was sooooo good). My original goal for this season was a Pint or so so I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. When you know what to look for it is pretty easy to spot content that is 100% AI generated. I rarely get on Linked In but was scrolling through today and it's crazy how much of people's content on their is obviously AI generated without any editing. Reinforcing my belief that it is the MOST fake of the social media sites.
