Had an incredible experience this weekend. Abused my brain, body and mind with a LOT of camping and walking. It was a lot. It wasn’t until I checked into a hotel that I realized how exhausted and anxious I was. I did a lot of meditations via Spotify to calm myself down and get some rest.

While in the thick of the anxiety.. I continued to do guided meditations. I found one audio that was 12 minutes. 2 minutes of ads in the beginning, and 10 minutes of great guidance. This one worked well for me so even though it was absolute chaos to reset the recording to 2:00 to skip the ads.. It was worth it.
I took some CBD, some magnesium glycinate, and water. Stood infront of the AC unit in the hotel with an eye mask (really great one.. the bitcoin of eye masks. Makes a huge difference) and listened to 3 rounds of guided meditations.
While in that anxious moment it was like my subconscious was being unraveled. Things I fear most. What is really important in life. What I have been neglecting. People that I love so deeply and that I do not spend enough of my life with.
Definitely not good to stay too long with those thoughts as important as they are as they were not helping the anxiety.
So i just continued the 478 breathing. In front of the AC. In the moment.
However now that I am no longer feeling anxious, and am super well rested. I would love to act on these profound thoughts and feelings. I know deep down in my subconscious they are real. I want to be a new human. A new being on this earth. I am thankful of the life i’ve lived before but it does not serve me anymore. I’d like to live my life to the fullest with the people and beings I love most.
