After 8 years teaching high school Spanish, I resigned this week to stand in solidarity with my brother, @Matthew who was unjustly non-renewed for reading a passage from To Kill a Mockingbird. This fiat system turned its back on truth and critical thinking—I couldn’t stay silent. Now I'm looking to contribute to something in the freedom and truth space.
