When I grate nutmeg into food, I suddenly feel the urge to grate 7–8 of them at once and lose my mind. It's tempting.

Fun fact: After the Chernobyl disaster, hazelnut sales in northern Turkey dropped sharply. To prevent waste, surplus hazelnuts were distributed to schools in the late 1980s. Kids enjoyed radioactive hazelnuts.
