I have a couple of errands to run (Pete will be with me of course.) Make dog food. Record today's Christmas song. Meme hunt for Wed Wags. Put together/post same. Grands coming to spend the night later this evening. Pete and I are having a little pizza date here (ordering in). His ham club is having a winter "picnic" at their pizza diner this evening that he can't attend so we'll have our own pizza here. So it will be a fun but busy day. My blog stuff took 6 hours, probably because I didn't sleep well last night so have been kind of "off" mentally all day...just one of those things 🤷‍♀️. I've spent the last few hours in escape mode. Pete made me a meal that really hit the spot though I didn't really have an appetite all day so that was a pleasant surprise! He is the best husband ever 👩‍❤️‍👨! Not really a whole lot to write about tonight, just about to take care of the PoiBoiz for the night (fresh food and water) and then crawl into bed, and I will see you in the morning. Dec 16, 2025 @ 11:59 Good morning family & friends❣️ And just barely too! Pete is out running errands and has an appointment in Saginaw also. So far I have just been working on my blog since I got up a couple of hours ago, and will move to my keyboard shortly. No big plans for the day, hoping for a nap (didn't sleep well last night) once I record and get Tuesday Titters done, will have to do some meme hunting as well. We'll see how the day goes though. It is starting to warm up a bit from the last few days of below zero wind chill temps and should be more normal soon. Dec 15, 2025 @ 18:06 Good evening family & friends❣️ Well, today was a day, all right! Pete was gone most of the afternoon, I was at the keyboard most of the day, but also of course spent time with the birds, and did some cooking. Crazy stuff, I spent nearly 2 hours recording - aiming for as near to perfect as possible, even when I got as close I could a parrot would squawk or Maisie would have a coughing fit...anyway I was finally satisfied and started the editing process and discovered I had no sound! NONE! It was only after a bunch of fits and struggles that I remembered I had used the camera to watch the birds outside on my monitor, turning off the microphone so that Big Brother wouldn't be listening to the goings on in our home the entire time... 🤦‍♀️ (and just for full effect, 🤦‍♀️!) So I had to start all over again. To say I had to settle for less in the end would be a true statement, no less than to say I am absolutely beat and my brain is beyond exhausted. BUT I did it so my heart is exhilirated or however it's spelled. And now I'm on my way to bed and I will see you in the morning, good night❣️🥱🤕🙏🛌

Dec 15, 2025 @ 11:43 Good morning family & friends❣️ Golly, it's been a while since I've been able to say THAT! But I was up and done with the "morning 3" before noon! Anyway today I was up at 09:00ish after only 8 hours of sleep, like a normal person! Another cold one but warmer than the weekend so there's that. If you have already perused the morning 3 you may have guessed that it is a Music Monday around these parts, so I will have to get dressed. It is also 10 days until Christmas so I plan to ramp up my Christmas-related offerings here. I have been sharing a lot of things about "the back story" so far this month but it's time to get down to the nitty-gritty of the Reason we celebrate and I'm excited for that! Also excited to share as much of the music for the season from my new hymnals as I can manage for the rest of the month. Dusting off the old favorites and becoming acquainted with a few new ones has been a joy; now it is time to share them, starting with today. Which is why I have to get dressed, nobody wants to see which robe I'm wearing today in the background hahaha!
