Jan 22, 2025 - It hasn't been a week yet, I know...but had a couple of things to share. First, I have been saving the recipe cards - mostly pdf - from websites for quite a while for the dishes that appeal to me for one reason or another. Yesterday I realized that I have quite a few and decided to store them on my web space...then I figured as long as they are there, I may as well share them. Is this legal? I would think so since they are freely available anyway and I am providing the links to help drive traffic there; if there is one good recipe on these sites, there are certainly more that others can discover while there. So there's that, and you will find the link on my header menu on the main page (and perhaps above on this one? I don't remember.) Second, today I made my own take on the carnivore soup recipe that's out there and it was great! As usual I didn't measure, but after browning a pound of breakfast sausage I added a can of chicken (drained) and then let them simmer with some chicken broth...half pound of cream cheese on top to soften/melt. When I mixed it all together I also added a couple spoonfuls of sour cream, and seasoned with italian seasoning and paprika. Delicious! Lastly, now that I feel I'm getting enough content here I am going to start sharing these updates elsewhere on my social sites, the same as do with my ChiaChatter page, as I continue to add more and more things I want to share. Jan 5, 2025 @ 08:39 Good morning family & friends❣️ Snowing lightly here by the bay right now, going to be a cold month from what they're saying; I say, "yup, winter is cold!" That's why I have a nice warm coat, scarves, hats, and gloves - ahhh, I love winter! Anyway, it feels SO GOOD to be back on a laptop, and not have the constant nagging that I need to be working on my site instead of enjoying my times here with you 🤗. Sometimes I just cause myself too much stress 🙄. I've decided that from now on I'm going simplify my life in every way possible, and have more fun. UME is my new life philosophy - Use More Emojis! As a philosophy, not a literal thing. Anyway, I have started working on the new home page (this one is the home page), simplified, and am having fun with that, don't have my topic for Supernal Sunday's post yet but I'll get it in time...and of course Don will have a guest post...and it is great to be back to normal(ish) again with a laptop on my lap that works so beautifully.
