I made a thing. A new streaming server instance for Nostr in staging - based on Zap Stream Core, but with Cloudflare Live Stream backend, hosted on Railway, with DVR of your streams and VOD playback which will show everywhere Nostr streams are shown.
Somewhat didn't expect that this would work as I've been battling it for a few weeks now. I'm going to beat the final rough edges off and try to make it available for you all before Christmas!
