So op return mud slinging ratcheting up again? I won’t pretend to understand technical elements sufficiently to stick my oar in.
However, I have noticed a trend from the core side commenting on how many years experience they have. Whilst time and experience is important, in my experience, it’s brought up in arguements when people feel they’re on the wrong side but don’t have the humility to back down. I’ve dealt with it a lot in the past.
In fact, the last time I had to deal with this, the guy simply ignored what I was saying, refused to discuss with others. It’s kinda fine to do from his perspective as he was in charge of operations. 12 hours later and we have 145 people ready at life boats, a 220m long boat shaking like a triggered Marxist and could have ended up causing another deep water horizon style incident.
Food for thought regarding ego
