Nostr allows you to set up an annonymous business from which you get paid through a payment system that, with correct care to approach, can also be annonymous. I would recommend meditating on the implications. No need for permission to set up a business. No need for permission on payments. Its not just taking control of your digital identity, its an opportunity for full freedom in exchange of value. It is kryptonite to extortionists. Think about it. Then really think about it. So I've been in houston four days now. Limited real interaction cause unfortunately got sick and also busy with work. However, this evening sat at the bar talking to the bar tender. I find it striking coming from Costa Rica, having been through a weird time after having been accused of being a racist, which is not great in a small community. Am sitting talking to black bartender who's telling me she doesnt understand the bullshit. That she's never experienced racism and thinks Americans generally don't appreciate how good a life they have. We ended up in a winding chat about slavery through the centuries regardless of skin colour. It was a stark reminder of the sheer stupidity of the identity politics. The person who accused me of being a racist in front of a large number of people was a white American Lady who screamed at me "I cant believe you're such a racist considering the colour of your wife's skin". Dogma and ideology are dangerous to humanity and the individual. People can really get lost but tonight was refreshing and truly worthy human connection. Dont fall into dogma!
