Today was fucked up, but I feel a bit normalized again. I've decided I will keep visiting 'my' IRC channel regularly despite having 3 / 5 active members on ignore lol. The remaining 2 users are too important, even if it's gonna be a weird atmosphere in there. And I'm tired of getting bullied out of social spaces. Very frustrating when youtube's AI auto-deletes your comment, but still sends you notifications of every new message in that same thread, so you are reminded every time that they fucked you over lol. Their autoremove AI is VERY clever. It doesn't work by simply filtering words; it's really about meaning. Your comment can be deleted when you are being critical of neo-liberalism or zionism for example, even when you aren't wording it like that. Fun thought; other platforms surely do this, too; they just ratio/shadow-delete your posts so you won't notice. But all that DOES skew culture into becoming more and more neo-lib/corporate.. it's like their own fully automated Overton window mover. WE NEED TO GET AWAY FROM ALGORITHMIC FEEDS ON CORPORATE PLATFORMS. FAST.
