Is Nostr propaganda resistant? No algorithm, no propaganda, I guess?

It seems to me that Google is limiting and dumbing the search results on purpose so we will rely more and more on AI search tools -- which on the other hand are becoming more and more useful and meaningful. Maybe I am just becoming more delusional.
