We’ll then find a tree-shaded spot and light the BBQ. Bring your own food, drinks and tableware. There's also an option to order burger patties or sweet potato medallions (AKA orange coins). A towel and a swimsuit will come in useful too if you fancy some immersion cooling. Water in the lake has excellent quality and its temperature surely won’t exceed 21℃. This time, we’re exceptionally setting the date well in advance without relying on the weather forecast. The motivation is to give Bitcoiners from other regions time to organize transport and visit our area. Plan B – if it’s not warm enough for the lake, we’ll take a walk in the city center. Plan C – if it’s raining, we’ll sip freshly squeezed orange juice in Posnania. I would like to invite everyone to a #BFF25 satellite event I will be running in #Warsaw: No BS Self-Defence Theory & Light Technical Practice Learn simple and effective self-defence techniques distilled from many years of practising various martial arts, combat sports and self-defence systems. Do not expect flashy moves. It is not about selling you a class subscription. It is a one-off event with the goal to help you significantly increase your and your loved ones' security, by passing on pragmatic knowledge and practising easy-to-learn moves that can be further practised at home. Situational awareness, confrontation avoidance, de-escalation, use of everyday carry tools as force multipliers and home defence will be covered too. No previous experience is required. Likewise no special outfit. It will be a light technical training and practising in a more realistic way by wearing normal clothes/items is recommended.
