The weather in Denmark is really strange. Decades ago we would have snowstorms at this time of year with temperatures down to –20 ℃, but today it was +9 ℃ and next week it will be +10 ℃. I took this photo on a hike through the forest of Gødding today, where it felt like a typical mild September day. I wonder if we have seen the last white Christmas in Denmark.

In two weeks the healtcare system falls apart in the US, because Trump killed The Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”) without having a plan, so a reporter asks Trump what the plan is. His reply: You are a bad person for asking, and we will have a new healthcare system in two weeks — hopefully. The BS meter is at 100 %.

For decades politicians have used the fear of strangers to gain votes. If this continues, I predict it will soon be impossible for people with dual citizenship to stay in increasingly populist countries, because even the smallest violation of any law will mean they are deported and lose everything. This rejection of foreigners will make the world poorer, dumber, and more prejudiced — all because politicians found it easier to win through fear than to win through innovative ideas for prosperity.

This is one of the most dangerous clips I have seen this year. The FBI used to be a serious organisation, but now that Trump is replacing knowledge with conspiracy theories, the bureau is forced to work with made up narratives.
