I assemble seedsigners for fun and backup. They cost me about $50-60 US dollars to make. I have a growing pile of them and realized I just may be overdoing it for no obvious reason (OCD?). Is there a market here to sell them for zaps? I would only be interested in covering my cost and shipping, zero profit for me because my motivation for doing this is to introduce others to bitcoin and the joy and ease of offline signers, but the growing pile of signers on my workbench exposes the fact that I donโt know a single bitcoiner irl. any other anon #nostriches toying with the idea of joining #nostr as their real self? Iโve always done social media from behind the cloak, but the vibe here inspires hardcore #authenticity which I think can only be fully realized by introducing oneโs real self, and interacting with others as such. The pull is strong. I have made contributions to the cryptography community in my published writings (straight cryptography, no blockchain), but Iโm still fearful of exposing myself as a toxic bitcoiner to the world (judgement, employment issues, home invasions, ransom problems with family members,etc) lol.
