Made homemade guacamole for the first time today. (It's basically just a fancy word for "mashed avocado".) It's as big of an accomplishment as making toast or boiling water. Still, I'm adding it to the list of "things I know how to make now". If avocados turn out to be actually bad for you, I'm going to be so mad.
