MeshMash around. We added a little heat to half the batch.
Another 24 hours and we pop then into the smoker oven ๐
Chamber vacuum seal marinade > vacuum seal marinade, bar none!
It's allbout the suck and blowback. Mixes that nade all around. It be all mari'ing together and such.
It's been a minute since I have smoked meats. Small batch incoming.
