Monday and Tuesday and today (oh my!) in my #fedora world: * More poking at the super anoying timeout issue ( ). Was going to meet with networking folks to debug more, but they were pulled in another fire, so tomorrow I hope * Work on getting 3 new power9 copr machines up. We are super close to done now. * F43 final rc 1.5! Test now ( ) * Tons of internal stuff (benefits, quarterly checkin, etcetc) * Started on pesign/siguldry stuff.

Saturday weekly recap! This week: The timeout issue continues to frustrate me and take up all my time, please test the f43 release candidate, more power for copr, small datacenter move note: #fedora
So, behind here again. :) Tuesday and Wed in my #fedora land: * Fixed f43 flatpaks updates compose (fallout from anoying timeout issue) * anoying timeout issue. This continues to frustrate and irritate me. ;( Updated the issue a bunch so others could chime in ( ) * Got further on 3 more power9 machines for copr builds. * Blocked a bunch of scrapers who somehow got thru anubis (or bypassed it) * Got a f43 final rc compose after several problems
Today in my corner of #Fedora * Looked again at pesky timeouts. Came up with a theory, then disproved it, so back to unknown. * Finally got vlan move finished at a datacenter. Closed a bunch of tickets. * Did some internal items. * Tried to get rush tickets, failed and had to get some at a markup from resellers. ;( But I did at least manage to get something for one of the shows... so I have that to look forward to next year (provided there's enough infrastructure left).
Enjoy the sun when you can... #caturday image
Another saturday weekly recap of my #fedora land happenings. This week: The anoying connection timeout issue, some dc move news, and f43 is in final freeze.
Got behind posting here this week, but: Tuesday, Wed, Thursday, Today: * Working on a really weird issue where sometimes we gets timed out requests to some backend servers. Still haven't found why, but I did get haproxy to largely paper over the issue by retrying. This affects kojipkgs and src.fedoraproject.org. * Some work on setting up 3 more power9 machines for copr hypervisors in a new isolated network in rdu3. Adjusting network acls to get a install to work now. * Usual pile of meetings.
news flash: tftp sucks. back to reinstalling power9 boxes. At least I can get it to download the initramfs via https instead.
