🔬 Focus: Shifted focus from our B2C end user app to B2B (THNDR Platform), offering a plug-n-play suite of skill-based wagering games for any platform or product.
💸Revenue: Experienced a 154% increase in revenue with the renewed focus.
🤝Partners: Signed several partners and ended the year with two live integrations with 
, a p2p sports book, and the Bitcoin wallet, 
.
↗️Telegram: Launched the Telegram implementation of the THNDR Platform, allowing customers to monetize their Telegram audiences.
🕸️Player liquidity network: Inspired by Andrew Chen’s “The Cold Start Problem”, enabled cross-operator matchmaking to optimize fill rate, wait times, payment efficiency, and UX.
🐺Wolf: Participated in Wolf’s Turbocharger program, focusing on strategy, sales, and product positioning.
💬Customer discovery: Following “The Mom Test” book, we interviewed over 20 potential customers to inform product development of the THNDR Platform.
📲Mobile app: Launched the Clinch App (our B2C app), which acts as a test bed for our games and technology, and allows us to seed the player liquidity pool.
👥Referrals: Released our referral program, giving users 10% of the rake on all referrals and their referrals get 50% off entry fees.
🤺Matchmaking: Implemented an Elo rating system for Clinch matchmaking, which allows us to more effectively match users based on skill level.
🧾Updated payments: Transitioned to asynchronous, Just-in-Time (JIT) payments to provide a better UX.
🎮F2P games: Moved our F2P, rewarded games to maintenance, while using them as a user acquisition funnel for the Clinch app and player liquidity.
⚡LUDs: Submitted two LUD proposals (#248 and #256), with ZEBEDEE implementing the latter.
