I will live long enough to watch Sats turn into today's dollar value.
I think I figured out how to work my body for optimal physical performance!!! And the beauty of it it's really simple. Here are some takeaways that work for me (maybe experiment if they work for you!): + Last meal OTD before 7PM + Last hour of the day, no screens. + Blue light blockers from sunset onwards. + Hydration = electrolytes, lemon (3-4L including coffee etc) + Listen to the body what workload I need. A mix between running, boxing, calisthenics, yoga and fun sports with friends. + Walk daily, but as an intention not a rule. + Adapt!!!! If you slack, drink alcohol, or eat late.. just adapt. Be kind to yourself & add some electrolytes, magnesium and stay cool 😎. + Be your own best fan! Always talk yourself up. You are human, you make mistakes and it's ok. Set up systems, be kind and persistent. YOU WILL SUCCEED. ask me anything -- love to empower people 🎼POWER TO THE PEOPLE

Easy, organic and nutritious meal for athletes: -500 gr beef -one chicory -raw honey -butter -pepper & celtic sea salt -parsley -old cheese (or other lactose-free cheese) Optional: two crackers, preferably gluten free. 1. Medium heat, melt some butter to fry the chicory. 2. Add the organic beef, fry until almost fully brown. Add raw honey & one slice of cheese. 3. Add celtic sea salt, pepper and parsley. 4. Take a deep bowl and lay two crackers in the bowl. Pour the dish, including the juice onto the crackers. 5. Enjoy! It's nutritious meal that has a perfect balance in taste. Sweet, bitter, very tasteful! I feel super energetic after eating this. No bloating. No dips. Just pure fuel. Enjoy and let me know! image

I grew a great deal of sympathy for people who are struggling in life. Over the past couple of months, I have been dealing with PTSD and it's a b*tch. ~A distrust in people makes it almost impossible to connect & network ~The 'fire' I feel in my body once fear strikes ~Hairs that physically stand up from a stress-response triggered by something mundane It is really hard. And interestingly enough, Nostr is the only place where I feel safe to share this. I want to take this time to tell you that I FEEL FOR YOU. If you're hurting, know that it will not last and that you will get through this. Be kind to yourself. Be happy with those micro-steps. And lastly, know that you are not alone. 🀍
