FediForum is in five days, and we are expecting record attendance to the leading event on the Fediverse and decentralized social networking. Join us online for two half-days of unconference sessions on topics spanning the entire breadth and width of the #Fediverse. Here are some of them: What topics will you bring? Tickets are still available. More info and registration:
This subject of making developers more welcome in the fediverse, assuming good intentions and not actively driving them out for no good reason, would be a great session at #fediforum. https://wedistribute.org/2024/03/contentnation-mastodons-toxicity/ /cc @Sean Tilley
Today is the 19th of February. On the 19th ext month, FediForum will be in full swing. At this time, we will already have seen several cool demos of Fediverse software you might not know of, shown off directly by their developers. And we will have made the agenda for the day together, because FediForum is an unconference, and attendees bring the topics. Session 1 will have just started. Registration is open! Join us to discuss and create the future of the fediverse?
Mark your calendars! The next FediForum unconference for the people who move the Fediverse forward will be on: March 19 and 20, 2024. We will follow a similar format as we did in March and September last year, which worked out very well. Registration is now open. Go to: Don't know what to expect? See the notes and demo videos from last time on our website. We are looking forward to seeing you in March.
FediForum is in less than 15 days. Have you registered yet? Expect two intense half-days of discussions and work on all aspects of the Fediverse with participants from around the world who are just as passionate about better forms of social networking, and all the other things the Fediverse enables, as you are. Also, we'll have a few demos of interesting fediverse software you might not have seen yet. Questions? Happy to answer any time! #FediForum #unconference
FediForum starts in 16 days! There's so much to discuss, and more topics pop up all the time. FediForum is an unconference, which means you, the attendees, decide what needs discussion and what not. And what needs more discussion! It's not uncommon that a session gets continued in a part 2 later on the same day or the next day. Join us?
It's 20 days to the next #FediForum, the online unconference for the people who move the #Fediverse forward. What's an unconference? It's a conference with sessions that are proposed and run by participants like you. In the morning each day, attendees propose the sessions they want to be in, and put them on the agenda wall. The result? Instead of boring speakers droning on, as in so many top-down conferences, unconferences like FediForum feature what you want! Join us?
The second FediForum, the unconference for the people who move the fediverse forward, is in less than 21 days! The countdown is running. Meet fellow fedizens who are working on cool projects from fediverse software to moderation, new use cases and more. Are you registered yet? Check out some of the proposed topics: https://fediforum.org/2023-09/topics/ Registration: Questions? Let us know.
